INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

Once the solution design is approved, the implementation process begins and procurement is a unique offering at this point.
The implementation team work under the guidance of a PRINCE2 project manager. Care is taken to minimise the impact of the implementation on the day-to-day operations of the office relocation. In the case of a stock transfer, the entire move takes place over the weekend with housing association staff leaving the old office on Friday afternoon and entering a new office on Monday morning with a fully working IT and Communications solution.
